REDO THE SITE... AGAIN
Let's try out this new style for the website, shall we? It's got the whole
ancient map thing going on. If you look close, you can see your house.
FYI - we've got shows on the 5th, 6th, and 7th of August in Camas, Albany and Salem.
Check the Events page.

SHORT NOTICE SHOW
Edict has been added to a huge show at the Paris Theater next Sunday, June 12th.
We need to sell as many tickets as possible for this show, so please help us out
and pick up as many as you can!
[SPMNTL]: I'm sorry, but that show was such a waste of time.

NEW BABY AND SHOWS CANCELLED!
On Tuesday, May 24th, Phil had a baby girl! Her name is
Azure Lucia. Click the name for more
info and pics!
Also, our two most recent shows, Cougarfest and Centralia, have been cancelled.
Our most sincere apologies to the people wanting to see us there. Hopefully we
can reschedule the Centralia show. The reason why we weren't able to make it out
is because Jared was out of state getting a van and it kept breaking down on
the way back home. So, everyone that missed us at the Centralia show or at Cougarfest
should come to our show at the Ike Box on June 3rd!

05-05-05!
Ladies and Gentlemen, it has come to our attention that today is the 5th day
of the 5th month of 2005. Aside the fact that it is also Cinco de Mayo, today
is a day of disasterous proportions. At precisely 5:55 PM, I'm sorry to say,
the entire world is going to explode.
Have a nice day.

THANK YOU
Edict would just like to say a big giant thanks to Les, Vicki, their
family and the entire city of Marcola, OR for making the recent concert
there so memorable. We'd love to come back anytime.

NEW LOOK
It's about time this website was a little more user-friendly. A lot of people
have been complaining about how our site was too confusing and no one could
find anything. Well, we're now gonna fit everthing onto the first page to make
things easier. What does everyone think of this change?
Sound off in the boards...

TOMFEST
If you've lived in the OR / WA area and been exposed to Tomfest, you'll
understand why we'd get excited to hear that even though Mikee moved to Ventura,
he's bringing Tomfest back for 2005 and Edict is definitely gonna work
it into the tour schedule. Keep checking back for more info.

EDICT'S NEXT SHOW
We're playing at in Corvallis at The Platinum on March 2nd,
which is a Wednesday. Go punk and metal night! Yeah, we're playing with
a couple of other bands - The Flaming Inhalers and The Hounds. Never heard
of em before, but it should be a fun night. It's a benefit concert for our
good friend Ben McCormack that needs surgery, so please come and support
him in his time of need. The cost is $5 and it starts at 7 PM. Here's the
Platinum website:

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!
Ah, yes - Valentines Day. The day that makes us all immediately envision
big red hearts and funny cartoon characters on Hallmark Cards. And thanks
to Hallmark, we have a day completely dedicated to the contribution of
hard-earned finances to big
businesses like Sees Candies, FTD Florists,
Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Ben Bridge Jewelers and so on and so on.
But hey, it's all to help a suffering economy, and I'm proud to do my part.
It's just too bad that
love has only been scheduled for one day of the year
instead of the full 365.

OVER ABUNDANCE OF ROCK
The show last night just blew me away! I've never
heard such an overwhelming response from a Salem crowd like that before!
Thank you to everyone that came out to show support and love for us and
what we do. There were a lot of people taking pictures there, so if you
have any you'd like to email us, feel free! We'll put em all together in a
slideshow and post it here on the site.

OUR BAD! Some mistakes were made on that flyer for the Ike Box show.
It doesn't start at 7:00 PM, it starts at 8:00 PM. Also, the cost wasn't
put on there either. To our understanding, it costs $3. On behalf of Edict
and their staff and blah blah blah, please accept our humble apologies for
messing this stuff up. Those responsible for sacking the people who
have just been sacked, have been sacked.
(So it said 7 instead of 8. You'll be a little early. So the cost wasn't
specified. All shows there are like $3 bucks - common knowledge.
Besides, the time and cost weren't communicated to us when the flyer was made.)
[01-29-05]
